Wood Copper & Tears
This is my first fully acoustic collection. A stripped back set of originals alongside a few covers that shaped me as a writer and performer. Recorded with intention and left beautifully imperfect, it’s meant to be heard up close.
Every song on this project was written and performed on a very special guitar that was gifted to me by my friend Jacob Westfall. It’s one of the very few instruments I own that was given rather than bought. I named her Lola. There’s something sacred about that. Every time I pick her up, I’m reminded that music isn’t just something we create alone. It’s something we carry for each other.
